The experience with RMPW has exceeded our expectations!

We are THRILLED with our entire landscaping project! Dusty had a vision for our yard and he brought it to life! His vision, combined with Daniel’s hard-working team and Jennifer’s excellent customer service, transformed our yard into our own private nature preserve. Whether we’re sitting on the patio, enjoying the many varieties of birds cooling off in the ponds, or walking thru the yard, discovering newly bloomed flowers, or enjoying the cozy fire on a cool Colorado evening, we are surrounded by nature at its best.
Although we were hesitant to include a waterfall in our design, Dusty assured us it would be “the focal point of the backyard” – and he was right. We are hypnotized by the sound of cascading water and spend a little time every day enjoying its musical sounds.
Dusty and his team have enlarged our living space by giving us an outdoor paradise we can call our own!

Rocky Mountain Pond and Waterfalls has been an excellent landscaping source for me personally as well as my clients. Nearly four years ago, Dusty Hettinger approached my wife about landscaping our yard. While walking the property he showed us what he envisioned for our landscaping. By positioning trees, he could bring down our roof lines. By adding sod, he could make the landscaping flow with the likes of a golf course and by creating waterfalls, he could create an aura that provides peaceful sounds and wonderful scenery.
His creativity is second to none and we appreciate his hard work and professional crew.

We wanted to take a moment to thank Dusty and his crew for a great experience. Both he and his team of workers were professional and easy to work with. Dusty was in constant daily communication with us to make sure we were happy with how our plans were moving forward. He worked with us to design a plan that fit our needs and made a beautiful piece of artwork for our landscape. His team worked unbelievably fast to complete our job and when we had questions or concerns, someone was out to the house, usually that day, to address it. Daniel and Jose were accommodating and easy to work with as well.
We would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Pond and Waterfall, and currently have phase two of our project underway. This company has a wide variety of abilities to cover all of your outdoor needs. If you think of it, they can probably do it.

This letter is being written appreciation of the professionalism, integrity, and care exhibited by the Rocky Mountain Pond and Waterfall staff while servicing a long list of very aggravating water feature issues at our home.
Over the past few years, frequent mechanical failures, leakages and electrical overloads in our pond, stream and waterfall feature resulted in erratic water levels, dead fish, flooding, power outages, and unacceptably high water bills. After receiving very scary prognoses with unacceptably high costs, we very regretfully began developing plans for converting our water feature into a rock garden.
In one last attempt to save our beautiful water feature, we called Rocky Mountain Pond & Waterfall. In only one site visit, RMP&W owner, Dusty Hettinger, described most likely causes, assured us that the problems and solutions were minor, then gave us several owner-applied tests to confirm his diagnoses. The RMP&W cost estimate turned out to be a fraction of the previously received bids, with no sacrifice in component quality. The RMP&W’s bid also included many extras, such as a faux rock cover for the skimmer box along with several improved water filtration components.
As scheduled, two RMPW pond technicians arrived two days later and proved to be extremely capable, hard working, and knowledgeable. While on site, they also provided a tremendous amount point-of-need information on fish, pond and plant maintenance.
In the following weeks, every one of RMPW’s bid commitments was honored in a timely, professional manner. When all work was done, a very detailed accounting of all project costs was provided to me, within minutes after making a request for this information.
We now thank Rocky Mountain Pond & Waterfall every time we look out a window and see an exquisite, problem free pond and waterfall rather than just a rock garden.
